Being the elder daughter of Superstar Rajinikanth and the wife of young rising star Dhanush doesn't means the world for Aishwarya Dhanush. She has been an acclaimed classical dancer, director and one of the managing partners of the production house Wunderbar Films. She has been one of the stepping stones in the success of both her dad and her husband in their career.
To add another feather to the lady's hat, she has been recently appointed as the Goodwill Ambassador by United Nations for advocating gender equality and women empowerment in South India. A special ceremony was held for the same which was attended by Rajinikanth, Dhanush and Latha Rajinikanth. Superstar even took it to his official page in Twitter to share the happiness.
Aishwarya started her career for her own when she joined as assistant with director Selvaraghavan and upshot to fame from her directorial venture 3. Presently she is filming for Cinema Veeram, a documentary about the stunt masters in the cine industry. Apart from films, she is also writing a book ‘The Rise of Shivaji Rao Gaekwad’ - A journey of a bus conductor from Bangalore to the biggest superstar of the country based on the life of her father.
