With July 14, it has been 10 years since the first series of the comedy franchise Golmaal has been released. Producer cum director Rohit Shetty took the same day to make the official announcement that the fourth part of it will be made. His tweet follows as 10 Amazing years of Golmaal and to celebrate its success, Ajay Devgn will be back again the laughing riot.
Putting a stop to the rising rumours, Rohit recently shared that he is working on a fresh script since the release of Dilwale with comedy and action elements and will not be a remake of the Tamil film Soodhu Kavvum. As for the leading lady, Kareena Kapoor will not be a part of it and Rohit has to announce who will take her place shortly.
The principal shooting will commence from October with the completion of pre-production works and will open to screens for next year Diwali. The scripting work is not yet finished and the director needs few more days to complete the work. Some reports also suggest that he has made a test shoot with Alia Bhatt to play the female lead and she will be pairing with Ajay Devgn this time.
