The unofficial fan made poster of Superstar’s upcoming Kabali has fetched the team a series of plagiarism accusations. The social media sites were all filled with a poster of the film showing Rajinikanth’s face amidst the Malaysian skyscrapers which happens to be similar to the poster of Irrfan Khan’s upcoming thriller Madaari.
Speaking about it during the promotions of Madaari at a shopping mall in Mumbai, Irrfan Khan says that he is shocked to see the poster of his film has been stolen by Superstar’s team. But above all, he says that it’s not a big deal and the viewers can watch both the films. This issue has created a black mark on the prestigious project in Kollywood.
Luckily, it is just a fan made poster, not an official one and was confirmed by Superstar’s fans in a website giving reply to Irrfan’s false allegations. The Irrfan Khan starrer is a social thriller with a social message slated to hit the screens on July 15, apparently the same date of Kabali's release. Meanwhile the makers of Kabali have taken the film to Censor Board on June 29 and will let out the censor rating soon.
