Veera Sivaji shooting gets completed
Article posted on 21 June 2016Veera Sivaji directed by Ganesh Vinayak of Thagararu fame featuring Vikram Prabhu and Shamili in the lead roles has wrapped up its shooting recently. Produced by Nanda Kumar under Madras Enterprises banner, this movie will mark the debut for Shamili as the leading lady in Kollywood. With half way being crossed by the team, the official teaser is expected to be released shortly.
Vikram Prabhu will be seen as a taxi driver and John Vijay plays the antagonist. Yogi Babu, Robo Shankar and Motta Rajendran will fill for the comedy part. The movie's plot runs around the hero who gets cheated by the villain, creates an interesting master plan to track his movements, collect information about them and finally defeats him.
D.Imman has scored tunes for the film and Simbu has crooned his voice for a song with lyrics 'Thaarumaaru Thakkali Soru'. The lyrics for the song was penned by lyricist Rokesh who is well known for Dhanush's Dangamaari song. The visuals of the song has been filmed with the actor and actress at Georgia in the beginning of June. The rest of the film was shot at Chennai and Pondicherry.
