Article posted on 15 March 2016Chiranjeevi’s 150th film which is reported as the official remake of Tamil movie Kaththi is likely to roll out from the 3rd week of April with the casting process almost on the verge of completion. At the beginning of the pre-production works, we heard that the team has selected Nayanthara to play the female lead.
But as the lady had demanded for a very high remuneration (about 1.5 crores), the makers left her out of choice. But the recent word is that the producers have no issue over the salary put forth by her and hence she is expected to be back on board. Some sources close to the team leave a word that as the actor is a senior, no other star actress with such a glamour would nod yes for it.
Also another point is that the movie will be made in a very high budget and hence it is not a setback for the film’s grand outcome. This would be the first time for both of them to pair up. This 150th film is the comeback for the actor after 8 years and hence there is some special attention given to it.
