The Jungle Book is an upcoming Hollywood fantasy adventure based on the book of the same name. The story is about the small boy having jungle adventures with many animals. Produced by Walt Disney Pictures, the live-action movie will be dubbed and released simultaneously in Hindi on April 15. Those animals are being given with voices from Hollywood actors and in the Hindi version, Indian actors will dub them.
The makers have selected Priyanka Chopra, Irrfan Khan, Nana Patekar, Shefali Shah and Om Puri to lend their voices over the original version. It is notable that these actors have a good record of working in animation movies especially Priyanka in Planes.
According to the fantasy, the little boy is raised by an Indian wolf for which Shefali Shah works. Priyanka will lend voice for a python named Kaa while Irrfan Khan for the friendly bear, Baloo. Om Puri would take the place of Ben Kingsley who spoke in English for the panther Bagheera. The National Award winning actor Nana Patekar would speak in a rough tone as the tiger Shere Khan.
