Manithan

The remake of Jolly LLB in Tamil, titled as Manithan is currently at the post-production stages with the shooting wrapped up recently. The music composer of the movie, Santhosh Narayanan has successfully made the young rising star Anirudh to sing for a song under his album. Both of them are equally good composers and singers as well. The young duo coming together is the first time witnessed in Kollywood.

Manithan would be one among the 9 projects that are yet to be released this year for Santhosh Narayanan. It is said to have 4 tracks and one among them would be from Anirudh. The movie’s shooting covered extensively places like Pollachi, Karaikudi, Chennai and finally Chalakudy in Kerala. This flick is directed by the Endrendrum Punnagai maker I.Ahmed and produced by Red Giant Movies.

It is a courtroom comedy drama dealing with the socio-political issues with a touch of real incidents. Starring Udhayanidhi Stalin and Hansika in the lead roles, it also has Prakash Raj, Radha Ravi, Vivek and Aishwarya Rajesh in supporting roles.
