Karthi will have A.R.Rahman for the first time
Article posted on 14 November 2015It was reported earlier that the Malayalam romantic thriller Ennu Ninte Moideen will be remade in Tamil with A.R.Rahman to compose music for this flick. The other cast members were not decided and now the makers are trying to rope in Karthi as the male lead to play the role of Prithviraj.
If the project happens positive, this will be the first time for A.R.Rahman to compose tunes for Karthi. R.S.Vimal who directed the Malayalam version will make this in Tamil and debut into Kollywood with this. The story was inspired from a real life incident in Kozhikode and runs around the inter-religious marriages with a backdrop of 1960s.
