Kamal Haasan Completes Filming on Indian 2
Article posted on 03 January 2024Reports say that actor Kamal Haasan has finished filming his scenes for the Chennai part of Indian 2. They also mention that he's been shooting for Indian 3 at the same time. However, it's not officially confirmed by the makers if there will be a third part in the series.
Shankar's 1996 film is getting a sequel, and it was announced in 2017. The production faced several delays. Now, with Shankar back as the director, Indian 2 features a star-studded cast including Kajal Aggarwal, Sj Suryah, Siddharth, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Rakul Preet Singh, Bobby Simha, Nedumudi Venu, Vivek, Kalidas Jayaram, Gulshan Grover, Samuthirakani, and more.
According to reports, the shooting for Indian 2 happened not only in Chennai but also in Rajahmundry, Bhopal, Gwalior, Johannesburg, and Taiwan. The movie is directed by Ravi Varman, edited by Sreekar Prasad, and features music by Anirudh. Lyca Productions is producing the film, and there's no official release date announced yet.
