Jailer opens to record-breaking numbers, Rajinikanth continues to rule the box office

Rajinikanth's new movie 'Jailer' is now playing in theaters, and people are liking it a lot. On the first day, the movie made a lot of money, around Rs 72 crores from all around the world. 'Jailer' has become the biggest Tamil movie opening in 2023, even more than Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyin Selvan 2'.

'Jailer' came out in theaters yesterday, on August 10. Because the movie was talked about a lot before, it was shown in many theaters all over the world. People say that on the first day, almost all the seats in the theaters were full, about 90% of them. They also say that the movie made more than Rs 72 crore on that day everywhere. In Tamil Nadu, where it came out on a working Thursday, it made about Rs 24 crore. In total, the movie made around Rs 52 crore in India, with Rs 6 crore from Kerala, Rs 10 crore from the Telugu states, and Rs 10 crore from Karnataka.

During the weekend, the movie 'Jailer' got reviewed, and people have been saying good things about it. Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, and Yogi Babu did a great job in their roles, and the audience is clapping for them. Rajinikanth did a really good job and everyone loved watching him. Anirudh Ravichander's music also added to the movie's enjoyment.
