Prior to the film's title revelation and the San Diego Comic-Con's first glimpse on July 20/July 21 (India), the creators of "Project K," starring Prabhas, have disclosed the initial appearance of the female lead, Deepika Padukone, from the movie. Through social media, the film's team shared the actress's first look, describing her character as, "A hope comes to light, for a better tomorrow." Deepika is portrayed with a simple, light make-up look, donning a brown baggy scarf around her neck and messy hair, while gazing thoughtfully in the first-look poster.
In addition to Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, "Project K" features prominent roles played by Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Hassan, and Disha Patani. Earlier, a pre-look of Disha Patani was also revealed.
Nag Ashwin is the writer and director of "Project K," with Santhosh Narayanan as the film's music composer. Djordje Stojilijkovic handles the cinematography, while Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao takes charge of the editing. "Project K" is all set for a Sankranti 2024 release.
