Deepika Padukone's fierce cop avatar in Singham Again poster revealed
Article posted on 16 October 2023On Sunday, the creators of the movie Singham Again, directed by Rohit Shetty, unveiled Deepika Padukone's character poster from the film. In the poster, the Pathaan actor appears as the bold police officer Shakthi Shetty, holding a gun, sporting a bruise on her forehead, and wearing a sinister smile. Another poster showcases her sitting atop multiple criminals, aiming her gun at one of them.
The movie features Ajay Devgn in the main role, along with Ranveer Singh, who appeared in Rohit Shetty's Simmba. Ranveer will be playing the character of Inspector Sangram Bhalerao again in Singham Again. The cast of the film also includes Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor.
The new action movie is the third installment in the Singham series led by Ajay Devgn. The series began with Singham in 2011, followed by Singham Returns in 2014, which also featured Kareena. This film will be the first time Kareena Kapoor and Ranveer Singh work together.
Singham Again is scheduled for release on August 15, 2024.
