Kaaka Muttai director goes next with Vijay Sethupathi
Article posted on 16 July 2015The young and debutant wedding photographer turned filmmaker, Manikandan, has made a good breakthrough in his Kaaka Muttai. Jointly produced by Dhanush and Vetrimaaran, the movie a box office hit, was recognised worldwide and bagged two National Awards.
The director is on with his next and it was heard to be played by Vidharth, the Mynaa hero in the lead. The movie is of crime genre base and Ilaiyaraja will be composing music for it. It was previously named as Kutramum Dhandanayum yet confirmation awaited.
Manikandan, having said to media that Vijay Sethupathi is his close friend in the industry, he had now taken the third script to him. Vijay had also liked the script and given consent but yet to finalise the date.
