Jayam Ravi as Sakalakala Vallavan
Article posted on 16 July 2015Suraj, the Alex Pandian director is coming up with Jayam Ravi in Appa Takkaru. Trisha, Soori and Anjali stars in the film and Vivek is seen baldheaded. D.Imman will be singing for a song while Thaman is composing tunes for it. The teaser and trailer was released in the past and now the movie is in the news again for its change in the name.
Yes it is the Kamal movie’s title Sakalakala Vallavan that has obtained and yet it retains the former name below it in the posters. We doubt that there will be some link between both the movies. But we hear that Appa Takkaru is not a Tamil word and in order to exempt from tax, they have changed it.
The movie marks 25th film for the Lakshmi Movie Makers. U.K.Senthil Kumar is the cinematographer and the shooting was done in Chennai and Pondicherry. The post production works are going on and it is said to be released on July 31.
