It is believed that he will be announcing about his political entry as in the month of May Rajini said 'I would call you when there is a war.' So many in and around the industry think he is going to wage his war. About 1,000 fans from all districts of Tamilnadu are expected to come and meet Superstar Rajinikanth every day at his Raghavendra Hall in Chennai between 26 and 31 December.
All India Rajinikanth Fans Association has sought permission and protection from the Chennai Police Commissioner for the event. Superstar fans are very eager about his political entry but political analyst think this is not the right climate for Rajini to enter politics as Kamal Haasan has already made his political plunge; though is yet to launch his party.
And in a surprise development, actor Vishal too joined the race, though his nomination for the upcoming RK Nagar by-poll was rejected. The 67-year-old Rajinikanth is currently working on two films - 2.0 by director Shankar and Kaala by Paa Ranjith.
