Last week, the Kapoor clan, the Indian film and theatre industry bid farewell to the legendary actor Shashi Kapoor. After a prolonged illness, the actor passed away at the age of 79. He was survived by his three children- Kunal Kapoor, Karan Kapoor, and Sanjana Kapoor. After performing the last rites of his grand-uncle Shashi Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor resumed work last week itself. Being professional, Ranbir headed to Cape Town to begin the next schedule of Sanjay Dutt biopic.
This past weekend, Ranbir got some time off from the work schedule and enjoyed a long drive with his friend and trainer Kunal Gir. Post their training session, Kunal shared a video before they started their drive. He captioned the video, “Post workout drive. Just finished another session of Chest n Triceps. Prioritizing these parts by doing more workouts. Every time you train a muscle you stimulate protein synthesis which may last for up to 2-3 days. The more experienced you are the less time the synthesis lasts. So if you have lagging body parts, training them more often, every 3rd day maybe a good option.”
Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, Sanjay Dutt biopic also stars Manisha Koirala, Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Dia Mirza and Vicky Kaushal. It is slated to release in 2018.
