After Mapilai Singam release last year Vimal it’s been a long time we saw a Vimal on big screen. Now he is busy with his upcoming film ‘Mannar Vagaiyara’, which is directed by Boopathy Pandian and produced by A3V Cinemas. Kayal fame Anandhi is playing the female lead role opposite Vimal in this movie, which also features Prabhu, Saranya, Robo Shankar, Nasser, Yogi Babu, Jaya Prakash and Karthik in important roles.

Shooting of this film has been completed with post-production works happening on full swing. The trailer of this film is planned for release on November 8 and the worldwide theatrical release for Pongal 2018. Already Suriya starrer Thaana Serndha Koottam has been fixed for the same occasion to hit screens. It is not yet confirmed whether Vikram’s Sketch will be releasing on harvest festival.
