No other filmmaker has directed Vijay more than his father, S.A. Chandrasekhar. The veteran Director has cast his son in eight films as the lead hero, in six films as an uncredited child artiste, and in two films as a guest actor. And it now looks like their association is going to grow, with Vijay all set to play the leading man for the ninth time in his daddy’s film.
Sources say that Chandrasekhar have revealed that the Director is keen on making a film based on 'Traffic' Ramaswamy’s life, who performed multiple roles as a mill worker, self-appointed traffic cop, and social worker. Ramaswamy was kind of a folk hero in Chennai, and Chandrasekhar plans to get Vijay to play his younger version.
Yet another exciting Vijay project to look forward to.
