In recent time, Rajinikanth and his movie has always been into controversies, Kaala is also one such movie.
This May 30th a complaint was lodged to the Chennai police commissioner stating that the movie title and the story was Rajasekar’s; after the title and stories one liner was revealed. Taking the complaint Chennai high court was interrogating the issue. The Chennai high court asked to submit a report regarding this.
The lawyer in favour of Rajini Wanderbar and Pa.Ranjith pleaded for time and the Chennai high taking the plea in account adjourned the court to July 12.
As such on July 12th in Chennai High court the lawyer in favour of Kaala movie crew again pleaded for time as the director and the crew were in Mumbai, shooting the movie so they were unable to answer the petition. The court has accepted the plea and it gave one week time to submit their answers.
In the meanwhile, Rajini and Pa.Ranjith submitted their petition to the bench court. The movie team has said that this case is been filed for his own publicity and he hasn’t renewed the title ‘Karikaalan’ after he registered the title in 1996. And the petitioner has no base in including Rajini’s name as he is no way connected to these allegations.
