It’s been almost twenty days Actor Kamal Hassan has been hosting a reality show on a private channel. Right from the beginning, the show hosted by Kamal Hassan was into many controversies. Either the contestants in the show get into controversies or the comments they make on each other become a controversy.

Last week one of the participant Kanja Karuppu was eliminated. When he was asked about the experience Kamal made a controversial statement, “You eat vegetarian then how do you get angry you?” this statement triggered a big social discussion. Three days back one of the participant Gayathiri master commented about Oviya remaking ‘cheri behavior’. Press asked about this to Gayathiri master’s mother, she said “I don’t know what is wrong in the statement, but if all feel that my daughter’s statement is wrong I apologize for her.”

Her comment triggered even more various social discussions and a complaint is lodged against Gayathiri master. Regarding this Kamal was asked to explain so he invited the press to his house and was answering the press. When he was asked about Gayathiri master’s comment he said it wasn’t his dialogue. If he would have wrote this he said he would take responsibility and he also added we are unable to remove caste from our society it happens on the road and everywhere, so he doesn’t think words in the show are as evil as they say.

Various groups have become rebellious for his statement; they say Kamal proclaims himself a Social Justice server he could have said at least that Gayathiri master’s statement is condemnable. The protest against Kamal gets stronger so Chennai police have been brought to his residence for protection.
