Sasikumar and director Muthaiah to collaborate for their next
Article posted on 24 February 2017Director M Muthaiah whose debut ‘Kuttipulli’ starring director-actor Sasikumar and lakshmi Menon in lead roles was a commercial hit. Sasikumar had a different role in the village based film. After the success of ‘Kuttipuli’, Muthaiah went on to direct Karthi in Komban and Vishal in Marudhu. Both the films were highly appreciated for the actors’ performances and the director’s village touch in those movies.
Now director Muthaiah is all set to direct his next and once more he is teaming up with Sasikumar. An official announcement is expected from the team regarding the rest of the cast and crew members. Looks like this film will also be a village venture and the team is exploring for locations to start their shoot in March second week. Madurai is chosen as the location for their initial schedule.
This yet-to-be-titled film is produced by Sasikumar under his banner ‘Company Productions’. The cinematography is handled by ace cinematographer, Velraj.
