Metro actor Shirish’s next film title announced
Article posted on 30 December 2016Director Dharanidharan of Burma and Jackson Durai fame has been working on his third venture with the Metro actor Shirish Saravanan. This untitled project has got a name recently as Raja Ranguski. Acclaimed filmmaker Gautham Menon launched its first look with the cast and crew details via his Twitter handle on December 29.
Bankrolled by Shakthi Vasan, the movie’s plot is a murder mystery set in the backdrop of Chennai. The shooting will commence from January 2 and the makers have planned to wrap up the entire filming in a single schedule for 28-days at a stretch by the first week of February. Sharing the same, the actor adds that he had taken few acting classes to get into the skin of his role. Pooja Devariya of Iraivi fame plays the female lead opposite Shirish for the first time.
It is notable that both the director and actor duo are known for giving silent hits. This flick would be the second film for Shirish in Kollywood after delivering a realistic performance in Metro. Yuvan Shankar Raja has been signed in to compose the tunes. The album is said to have 5 tracks and Yuvan has already completed two of them.
