Sathuranga Vettai 2, the sequel to the black comedy heist is on cards with Arvind Swamy and Trisha in the leading roles. The movie was launched on 14th November with the team at Chennai. The latest addition to the cast is Poorna as the female lead to share the screen space with Trisha. In fact we hear that Poorna will be playing the wife for Arvind Swamy and the Kodi actress is not his lovelady.

But Trisha is the main female lead as she has the pivotal role in the story. Apart from this flick, Poorna has the release of Savarakathi in which she has paired opposite director Ram. To be directed by newcomer Nirmal Kumar and produced by Manobala, H.Vinoth, the director of the original film will be penning the script, screenplay and dialogues for this sequel.

Along with them, Nassar, Prakash Raj, Sriman, Vamsi Krishna, Amit Bhargav and Radharavi will be seen playing pivotal roles. The story will revolve around one core plot rather than many sub plots like in the first part. The shooting will be covered extensively in and around Chennai and will hit the limelight for Summer 2017.
