Ram Charan Teja's upcoming cop action thriller, Dhruva is geared to hit the screens on December 9. Being the official remake of the Tamil blockbuster, Thani Oruvan, the expectations from Ram are high. The post production works are going on with the movie recently being screened to the censor board. The Surender Reddy directorial cleared the formalities with a U/A certification.
Bankrolled jointly by NV Prasad and Allu Aravind under the banner Geetha Arts, a grand pre-release event is awaited from the team as a part of the promotional activities. This event is said to be a sentimental one for the success of the films made by Geetha Arts and the tinsel town is expecting Mega Star Chiranjeevi to grace the occasion.
The shooting was wrapped up last week with a couple of scenes canned at the exotic locations of Krabi Islands at Thailand. Earlier the makers planned to release the film on December 2 but looks like the actor had postponed it to Dec 9 in order to have a complete one month gap between Dhruva and his father’s Khaidi No.150 (which will release on January 13, 2017).
