The Suraj directorial Kaththi Sandai featuring Vishal and Tamannaah has been made as a bilingual in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously with the Telugu version bankrolled by G.Hari under the banner Hari Venkateswara Films. Recently the makers named the flick as 'Okkadocchadu’.
Vishal seems to have a good fan base in the two Telugu states and hence it will be having a grand release there. The producers shared that this flick is the costliest film in the actor's career with several crores involved in it. A chasing sequence in a budget of 1.5 crores was recently shot under the supervision of the fight master Kanal Kannan.
This scene would be the major highlight of the film. Also the intro song for Vishal was filmed in a grand set erected at Pondicherry and choreographed by Shobhi. Further Hiphop Tamizha’s music would be an added feature for the film's imminent success.
The final schedule will run for 10 days in September after which it's a wrap for talkie portions. Two songs are planned to be filmed at Russia with the lead actors. The first look poster will be unveiled in August 19 and the teaser will be released on August 29 on Vishal's birthday. The audio launch will take place on October 9 and the movie will hit the screens on October 29.
