Actress confirmed for Thala 57 !!
Article posted on 30 July 2016Thala 57 which went on floors few weeks back has been hunting for the leading lady for a long time. Several names of A-list actresses like Anushka, Tamannaah, Kriti Sanon, Ritika Singh, tec had rounded the reports. Touted to be a two heroine subject, now the makers have finalised Kajal Agarwal to pair opposite Ajith as his wife.
The news has been confirmed by herself in a recent interview. Her role would be different from the ones she has done earlier. She would be seen as a homely wife while the other leading lady would be seen performing risky action sequences in this action thriller. Akshara Haasan has been approached to play this role making her Kollywood debut.
Kajal has almost romanced with all the top actors of Tamil cinema like Vijay, Suriya, Vishal, Karthi, Dhanush, Jiiva and now it is the turn for Thala. She and the hero will be joining the team at Bulgaria to start filming the first schedule from next week. Apart from this flick, she is currently filming for Kavalai Vendam with Jiiva and also has Vikram’s Garuda in her kitty.
