Actress Shriya Saran’s last outing in Kollywood was her cameo appearance opposite Nagarjuna in Thozha. The lady had been busy lately with Telugu and Hindi films back to back. In a recent interview, she confirmed to the media that she has been approached to play the female lead in Anbanavan Asarathavan Adangathavan (AAA) alongside Simbu.
This is the first time for STR to romance with Shriya who will make a comeback to Tamil cinema after 5 years as she was last seen playing the leading lady in Rowthiram in 2011. Director Adhik Ravichandran has not shared any updates on it saying that the talks are only in the early stages. But the lady has confirmed that the rumours are true and that she is happy to be a part of the 'sweet film' !
The shooting of the film will be started most likely from August month extensively at Mysore and Kerala. Motta Rajendran and Mahat of Mankatha fame are on board in supporting roles. The team has also planned to reveal the three looks of Simbu who plays triple role in the film shortly. Yuvan Shankar Raja has been roped to score the tunes and he has already composed 3 tracks for it. Produced by Global Infotainments, the makers are currently searching for remaining two leading ladies.
