Sundar C to direct Mahesh Babu ?
Article posted on 04 July 2016The talk of the tinsel town is the 100th production of Sri Thenandal Films to be helmed by Sundar C. The film is making news day by day with the interesting one recently that Mahesh Babu has been approached to play the main lead in the Telugu version of it. The Prince actor is yet to hear the script and once he finalises we can expect an official announcement.
Whether Mahesh Babu will take up the project is unknown as he has a bunch of movies at hand such as the bilingual with A.R.Murugadoss and several untitled films signed with Vamsi Paidipally, Puri Jagannadh, Koratala Siva and Trivikram Srinivas. Given the fact that this would be the costliest project made beyond 350 crores, Mahesh is likely to bag the golden opportunity.
Back in Kollywood, we hear that Ilayathalapathy Vijay will play the main lead and the one in Hindi version is yet to be revealed. But as of now, nothing has been confirmed except for the technical which has A.R.Rahman to score tunes, Sabu Cyril for Art direction and Kamalakkannan to work on VFX. This flick belongs to the historic period drama made in three languages: Tamil, Telugu and Hindi with 3 separate actors from the three fields.
