Raghava Lawrence & Vadivelu in Chandramukhi 2 ??
Article posted on 13 May 2016The veteran filmmaker P.Vasu who made Chandramukhi in 2005 with an ensemble cast of Superstar, Jyothika, Nayanthara and Prabhu is on cards to have sequel. Vasu’s latest film was Shivalinga in Kannada which is presently in talks for remaking in Tamil as Chandramukhi 2 by himself.
This time the cast is different. Raghava Lawrence who is well known for horror comedy flick is in talks to play the lead. To add even more engagement to the film, Vadivelu is also expected to be on board to caper the comedy. Looks like the most favorite comedian of Kollywood is having the golden times back.
The original film had Shivarajkumar and Vedika in the leading roles and turned out successful. Currently the director is looking out for the female lead to pair with Lawrence and play the crucial role in the plot. It is rumoured that Vedhika will be retained here as Lawrence & Vedhika was once seen as a couple in Muni. After the team has found the right lady, they are anticipated to make an official announcement on the venture.
