Amy Jackson to go Cannes for the 1st time
Article posted on 07 May 2016It was Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor and Mallika Sherawat last week and now the latest sensation to attend Cannes is Amy Jackson. The British model turned actress had run over few films in Tamil and a couple in Hindi. Being thrilled to walk over the red carpet, the actress shared that she has been invited by the British Film Institute for a luncheon.
During the formal event, she will be discussing about her Bollywood journey. She will also be present for The Annual Positive Planet Gala dinner, a charity event at the Cannes Fest where they raise funds for Syrian refugees. When questioned about her outfits, she puzzled us by saying that she is ready to take risks !!
She further added that it would be fun to do with some mini fashion show in her living room by trying over 25-30 dresses in search for the perfect one. This is the first time for Amy to go for Cannes since her entry to cine industry in 2010. Last year it was Katrina Kaif, another foreign beauty who stole off the show at the French Riviera.
