Kamal Haasan begins his next from Nadigar Sangam
Article posted on 19 April 2016Being appointed as one of the trustees in the Nadigar Sangam, Kamal Haasan is taking serious steps in reviving the welfare of the Association. As an initiative, the celebrities cricket league was just over and the next step forward is his movie launch from the Sangam grounds itself.
As reported earlier, the actor’s upcoming film with the Malayalam director T.K.Rajeev Kumar will be officially launched with a pooja at the Nadigar Sangam site at T.Nagar, Chennai on April 29. The shooting is also expected to start at the same location.
The update was tweeted by Kamal who shares that this would be the 41st venture of his production house, Raaj Kamal Films International. This yet-to-be-titled film has the cast consisting of Shruti Haasan playing his reel daughter and Ramya Krishnan, Zarina Wahab in pivotal roles.
This flick will be jointly produced by Lyca Productions and is expected to be a quickie entirely shot in US with few scenes at Chennai. Maestro Ilayaraja is confirmed to be the music composer who will be working for Kamal after 11 years since Mumbai Express in 2005.
