Superstar hints on Kabali release date

Kollywood’s Superstar Rajinikanth has been honoured with Padma Vibhushan, the second highest civilian honour in our country. It took place on April 12 at the Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi where the President of India, Pranab Mukherjee took the privilege in conferring him. His wife Latha Rajinikanth was also present during the event who flew to the capital city the previous day.

The actor is presently shooting for Shankar’s 2.0 along with Akshay Kumar. His upcoming film would be Kabali directed by Pa.Ranjith which is one of the most anticipated film of the year. Superstar will be seen playing the ageing don, the role suiting his present looks after a long time. Before boarding the flight to Delhi, some reporters had a chance to speak with him.

When questioned about the Kabali release date, he said that though the exact date is not yet fixed, it will hit the screens in the last week of May or early June. Meanwhile some reports are rounding that the producer Kalaipuli S.Thanu will reveal the teaser of it on the occasion of Tamil New Year on April 14 along with Theri.
