Prabhu Deva-Tamannaah’s Kaantha nears the finishing line
Article posted on 08 April 2016Director A.L.Vijay’s most expected horror comedy with Prabhu Deva and Tamannaah has been running on floors from February in a hush manner. Almost 75% of the shooting seems to have been completed indoors and only few scenes are left to be canned. It is most likely that the entire shoot will be wrapped up before the end of April.
Produced by the actor's production house Prabhu Deva Studios, it is simultaneously shot in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. This flick has also been named recently as Kaantha. There are 2 special things in this film: First, it marks the comeback for Prabhu Deva in the leading role after 12 years and second, it will show the milky beauty Tamannaah as a ghost in the titular character Kaantha.
The Telugu title is reported from various sources as Abhinetri and the Hindi title is not yet known. Hindi actor Sonu Sood will be seen as antagonist and the crew consists of G.V.Prakash Kumar & Thaman composing tunes together. Editing is taken care by Anthony, Manush Nandan handles the camera and Kaantha will haunt the screens by this July.
