Mani Ratnam collaborates with another production house for Karthi’s film
Article posted on 07 April 2016Ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam is having the preliminary works of his venture with Karthi and Sai Pallavi running at a brisk pace. He is known for producing his movies under his own banner Madras Talkies except for Kadal where he joined with Gemini Film Circuit. He has decided to do a similar collaboration now with a big production house.
Sri Thenandal Films who have produced movies like Aarathu Sinam and Dhilluku Dhuttu will join with Mani Sir in bankrolling this romantic entertainer. It was officially announced from the production house’s Twitter handle on April 7. The script works are completed few days back and it is likely to run on floors from September.
Karthi is currently busy with the shooting of Kashmora for which he has shaved his head. So a fair gap of 3 months is essential for him to come back handsome. The movie is anticipated to be in lines of OK Kanmani as a whole new level of romance between the couple. A.R.Rahman musical is sure to add soul to the film along with the cinematography of Ravivarman.
