Director Shankar and his team are on their way to shoot some important action sequences between the protagonist and the antagonist in New Delhi for 2.0. Superstar and Akshay Kumar will join the team members from March 17 as the assistant directors have already reached there two days before.

The shooting is indeed progressing in a fast pace to be wrapped up by mid 2016. The filming is likely to take place at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in the capital city. It has got a cricket ground in the center with a seating capacity of about 45,000. Hope some adrenaline rush grand action will be witnessed around the place.

Nirav Shah is responsible for cranking the camera who is using the 3D technology to shoot the film. Bankrolled by Lyca Productions, Amy Jackson plays the leading lady who completed some scenes with Rajinikanth at Chennai. Also the second schedule was shot with Akshay Kumar at EVP World, Chennai involving the sets having military tanks.
