Spooky thriller by Jiiva gets rolled out
Article posted on 10 March 2016Director Atlee who is just 2 film old with Raja Rani and Theri still to hit the screens, has confirmed the start of his next project with Jiiva. Titled as ‘Sangili Bungili Kathava Thorae’, it is directed by debutant Ike Hari and produced as the first maiden venture by Atlee under his home banner ‘A For Apple’ productions.
Fox Star Studios is jointly funding for this spooky thriller, sources say. Ike Hari is a long time associate of Kamal Haasan for movies like Vishwaroopam and is making his directorial debut through this flick. It has Sri Divya playing the lovelady for Jiiva. Comedians Soori and Ilavarasu are also a part of the supporting cast.
The shooting is officially said to have started at Pazhani from March 10 with the makers tweeting on the same. The major portions will be covered in the temple town and the rest at Chennai. Atlee apart from producing will work on the screenplay for the movie. Also he is signed in for penning dialogues for G.V.Prakash Kumar’s next film Ketta Paiyan Da Indha Karthi.
