Gautham Menon chooses Dhanush over Suriya for his next
Article posted on 10 February 2016Acclaimed Kollywood filmmaker Gautham Menon has ventured with almost all the top actors and he has decided to make out one with the rising star Dhanush. His previous 3 scripts Dhruva Natchathiram, Ennai Nokki Paayum Thotta and Thuppariyum Anand were all narrated to Suriya and were all rejected by the latter.
While the talks of Dhruva Natchathiram being surfacing now and then, he has fixed his another script ‘Enmel Paayum Thotta’ to Dhanush. The busy actor has also nodded positively to collaborate with him for the action thriller.
It will run in the backdrop of gang wars, the genre to which Dhanush adheres well like in Pudupettai. Talks are that it will roll out in March month after the wrap up of Kodi and he has even assured to take only 2 months of his schedule.
After this Dhanush has to move on for making his successful Hollywood debut ‘The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir who got trapped in an Ikea Wardrobe’ at Jodhpur from June 22 and then with the long waiting Vetrimaaran for Vada Chennai in two parts.
