Salman Khan case verdict
Article posted on 11 December 2015Salman Khan who was acquitted with a hit-and-run case in 2002 is given a verdict finally by the Bombay High Court. The judge who heard the two parties gave a full stop to the long pending case that there are no enough charges to prove against the actor and let him free.
This year had been little rough for Salman when he was sentenced with 5 year imprisonment by the Sessions Court. But the appeal to the Bombay High Court came a relief as he was given with a bail on the very same day.
The main area which the prosecutor failed to prove was Salman was intoxicated with alcohol during the accident. Finally it came a great respite for him and his diehard fans after a longstanding struggle.
