Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming movie with director Chandoo Mondeti will mark the second movie for the director. He had earlier given Karthikeya with Nikhil Siddharth which had been a commercial success. Now he in onto the official Telugu remake of Premam, titled as Majnu.

The leading ladies were roped in to have Shruti Haasan, Anupama Parameswaran and Aisha Sharma in the roles of lecturer, crush and wife of Naga Chaitanya. Now there has been a change of plans that Aisha Sharma has been replaced with Regina Cassandra.

The reason for the last minute replacement was given to be Aisha looking too young to pair with the actor. Produced by Naga Vamsy, the shooting was kickstarted at Visakhapatnam in the beginning of December. It is likely to hit the screens for Summer 2016.
