Will Sylvester Stallone make for Sultan ?
Article posted on 27 October 2015If the buzz is to be believed, Hollywood action hero Sylvester Stallone was considered for talks to star in Sultan with the Big Bollywood Khan. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Salman Khan will be seen as a wrestler and there was a hunt for donning the role of his mentor.
When the team was questioned about the gossip, all we received was a laugh. The interesting story spin is that Salman will be portrayed as a wrestler hailing from Haryana and how will the Caucasian boxer will be roped in as his guru. Also there was a funny comment that whosoever has built up this imaginative news have to be given with a Pulitzer !!!
The reason for the surfacing of this rumour was that Stallone had a debut to Bollywood in 2009 in Kambakht Ishq produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The same producer is bankrolling Sultan and he is said to be still in contact with him. While the producer has not denied the info as such but said they are not in a hurry to bring Stallone again within a short break.
