Ileana D'Cruz

The 27 year old actress Ileana D’Cruz who won Filmfare Awards with few commercials in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi has gone to the next level. She has knocked down Katrina Kaif to pair with the Asia’s highest paid and the favourite actor Jackie Chan. The movie titled as Kung Fu Yoga is directed by Stanley Tong who had featured Mallika Sherawat in his earlier film The Myth with Jackie.

The surprising part is that Ileana has some stunts to do in this film that has been trained personally by Jackie. She is like a leading lady who will be seen most of the time with him throughout the film. Sonu Sood plays the villain while the team is hunting an Indian for the parallel protagonist role. Hrithik Roshan earlier agreed to sign in but later opted out due to some production issues.

We also hear that Kung Fu Yoga is a part of the three-film agreement signed between the two countries India and China during Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit to India in 2014. The movie is currently shot in Dubai followed by Beijing and India. It is currently produced by the Chinese Producer Taihe.
