Mohan Raja plans for Thani Oruvan sequel
Article posted on 23 September 2015Thani Oruvan released on August 28 has been a blockbuster hit and received good reception throughout India. Raja is actually impressed with the overwhelming responses from the Tamil fans for the looks of Jayam Ravi & Arvind Swamy and even the dialogues have been standard.
In a recent interview when questioned about the idea of making Thani Oruvan 2, Raja felt it welcoming and answered positive. He added that franchising a movie is not only to be followed for James Bond and Batman movies. It could also be done for Kollywood films and Thani Oruvan stands good for it.
Already it was decided that Thani Oruvan will be remade in 5 languages. The director himself is about to announce the cast in his Telugu remake. Now the idea of part two has created new buzz and talks in the town.
