Vasanth Ravi Movie "Weapon" has a Release Date announced
Article posted on 29 May 2024The people behind Vasanth Ravi's movie "Weapon" said it will come out in theaters on June 7. The movie also stars Sathyaraj in a main role. This is Guhan Seniappan's second time directing a movie.
Described as the first-ever superhero story in Indian movies, "Weapon" tells the tale of a superhuman, played by Sathyaraj, who is pursued by a bounty hunter played by Vasanth Ravi.
Aside from Sathyaraj and Vasanth Ravi, Weapon contains an ensemble cast that includes Rajiv Menon, Tanya Hope, Rajeev Pillai, Yashika Aannand, Mime Gopi, Kaniha, Gajaraj, Syed Subhan, Baradwaj Rangan, Veluprabhakaran, Maya Krishnan, Shiyas Kareem, Benito Franklin, Raghu Esakki and more other casts.
Weapon, which was produced by MS Manzoor of Million Studio, was shot in Chennai and the nearby hill towns. Prabhu Rhagav did the film's cinematography, Ghibran did the music, and Nash did the editing.
Weapon will compete with Mohan's comeback movie Haraa at the box office.
