On Tuesday, at AMB Cinemas in Hyderabad, they showed the first preview of the movie "Hanu Man," directed by Prashanth Varma. The main character is played by Teja Sajja, who used to be a child actor. The movie also features Amritha Aiyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Vinay Rai, Getup Srinu, Satya, Raj Deepak Shetty, Vennela Kishore, Samuthirakani, and more. In the film, Varalaxmi acts as Teja's older sister, and Vinay is the main bad guy.
The trailer shows bits of the story and includes messages that align with Hindutva beliefs. It features enthusiastic chants of "Jai Shri Ram" and starts with "Inspired from the stories of Akhand Bharat." There's also a chant that goes, "Where there is righteousness, there is Hanuman, and where there is Hanuman, there is victory."
The main character has special powers that let him outrun a cheetah and handle multiple people with ease. The story is set in a made-up place called Anjanadri, and both Anjanadri and Hanu Man are part of a bigger Prashanth Varma Cinematic Universe.
Hanu Man is set to come out on January 12. At the end of the trailer, there are titles shown in many languages, such as Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese.
