We've learned that actor Yogi Babu and former RJ, now actor Balaji Venugopal, are working together in a new Tamil movie called "Lucky Man." The people behind the movie shared that it's going to be released on September 1st.
"Lucky Man" is the first movie directed by Balaji Venugopal. He wrote the story with Karki. When talking about the movie, Balaji mentioned that it's a bit like a heartfelt home-cooked meal. He worked to include important social themes in the film while still keeping it fun. The story is about a regular broker, and he aimed to show his life in a very real way.
Veera, known for their role in "Rajarathinam," and Rachel Rebecca, who gained fame from "Kadaisi Vivasayi," are also part of the important roles in the movie. Other actors like Abdool Lee, RS Shivaji, Amit Bhargav, and Sathvick are also part of the cast in "Lucky Man."
The movie is being produced by Think Studios. The team working on the movie includes cameraman Sandeep K Vijay, music composer Sean Roldan, and editor G. Madan.
The rights to show the movie online after it's shown in theaters have been acquired by Prime Video.
