However, the makers of the film have now officially announced the addition of Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi to the cast. This announcement puts to rest the speculations surrounding the antagonist role being filled by a Bollywood actor in this directorial by Sujeeth.

Priyanka Mohan joins the cast of "OG" as the female lead, alongside the prominent presence of Prakash Raj. Set against a captivating Japanese backdrop, "OG" is an action-packed drama. The film is presently being filmed in Hyderabad, following a schedule in Mumbai. S Thaman takes charge as the music director, while Ravi K Chandran handles the cinematography. "OG" is produced by DVV Danayya under the DVV Entertainments banner, renowned for producing the highly anticipated "RRR."
