Featuring Rashmika Mandanna, Sunil, and Anasuya Bharadwaj, the film showcases Allu Arjun in the lead role as Pushpa Raj. This period action drama depicts the journey of a laborer's ascent to becoming the leader of a red sandalwood smuggling syndicate. While Fahadh Faasil made a cameo appearance in the first part, "Pushpa: The Rule" is anticipated to feature him in a substantial role.
The Pushpa franchise boasts a talented technical team comprising cinematographer Mirosław Kuba Brożek and editors Karthika Srinivas and Ruben. The period action film features music composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the movie is scheduled for a theatrical release in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi in 2024.
