Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi dropped her movie with Simbu

We have been hearing since a long time that Simbu starrer directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi is in pre-production works. This could be her second movie after her directorial debut in Vanakkam Chennai that was produced by Udhayanidhi and had the music composer Anirudh.

This untitled movie had the combo of Anirudh with STR for the first time and a full commercial entertainer that was supposed to go on May month itself. Richard Nathan was also planned to be the director of photography who worked also for Vanakkam Chennai.

But the recent news was she started penning a new script and that meant that her venture with Simbu is dropped. The Vaalu actor did not have any releases since Podaa Podi in 2012 till Vaalu hit the theatres on this August 14th. Even the actor is now busy with films full of hands like Idhu Namma Aalu, Achcham Enbathu Madamaiyada, Kaan and an untitled with director Ameer.
