Rogue is a below average romantic drama which gets quite disappointing post the interval point. The lack-lusture story, tedious narration and over the top scenes make this film go downhill. As the film has been made to launch Ishaan as a movie star, Puri succeeds in doing it decently.

Rogue begins with the love story of Ishaan and Angela, which makes no impact until the action sequence and jail sequences except for the eye delight visuals. It runs in the same formulaic way of Puri Jagannath which neither entertains nor engage audience.
