Ram karthik is good looking and has performed decently too. He can be a good performer if he set his career in a right way. He has good screen presence. kashmira Kulkarni is beautiful and she can act too. Drusyakavyam is one such film which brings bad name to the title. Another horror attempt just to encash the craze gone wrong. Though the film has interesting story line, Drusyakavyam leaves a lot to be desired. Abrupt climax makes things worse.

Performances wise, the lead actors did quite a decent job if not great, and especially the child actor’s performance was convincing. The pre-interval portion has been though of well and restores some lost faith in the film. The ending however is a bit abstract and ends in a done to death manner like RGV’s Agyaat where the viewer is fooled for the time and money he spent. Drishya Kavyam tries to be in par with the successful films but it definitely fails by following a template with not much innovation.

Drusyakavyam is an interesting blend of horror and family drama. However, the film fails due to lack of a riveting horror elements, incoherent story and screenplay. Illogical scenes and an abrupt climax leave the audience dissatisfied in the end.
